DOMESTIC PAYMENTS
We use LinkPoint to process our credit card payments. Ynobe Couture Lace
Wigs™ accepts all forms of payments thru LinkPoint using AVS (Address
Verification Service).To prevent fraud, the Billing address for the credit card
must be submitted with your payment. When placing your order the shipping
address must match the billing address. Payments submitted that do not pass AVS
will be returned. United States Postal Service Money Orders and Cashiers Check.
Payment must be received within 3 days. Your order will be shipped upon payment
clearing our Account. Please contact us prior to purchase for instructions.
Western Union Payments;Payment must be submitted immediately. Please contact us
prior to purchase for instructions.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS
At this time Ynobe Couture Lace Wigs™ accepts credit card or PayPal payments
from international customers in USD only. Money Orders, cashiers, checks, bank
drafts or Western Union in USD are also acceptable international payments.
PAYMENT PLAN
Ynobe Couture Lace Wigs™ offer payment plans for Custom Made Wigs, Stock Wigs
and Made to Order Hair Accessories.In order to start processing your order for
custom made and made to order items we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You
will have the option of making refundable weekly/bi-weekly payments or paymet in
full when your order is ready for shipment. For our in stock wigs, we will
accept a 50% nonrefundable deposit. You have the option of submitting refundable
weekly/biweekly payments or payment in full within 15 days. If final payment is
not received within 7 days of final payment due date, Ynobe Couture Lace Wigs™
reserves the right to sell the item(s). Weekly/biweekly payments will be
refunded minus a $20.00 payment processing fee. Please note, when submitting an
order with our payment plan you are agreeing to these terms and
conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
Once you receive your unit, you will have a total of five business days to
contact us to exchange it for a different one. CUSTOM WIG Custom wigs can be
exchanged for a stock wig if a mistake is made our behalf, or a new custom wig
will be remade to the customer’s satisfactions. We must be notified within 5
business days if there is a problem with your order. If it is determined that
the problem with the custom wig was because of the customer, then the customer
can request an exchange, but will have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges can only be made for wigs of equal or lesser value. We will only
allow one exchange/return per order. Exchanges are solely based upon
availability. We will pay the shipping cost from our store to you on the
exchanged item. However, we will not pay for return shipping from you to our
store nor refund the original shipping cost.
We will not accept exchanges on wigs that have been altered in anyway which
includes: cutting the lace, washing the hair, styling the hair, applying
adhesives, tapes, or making any kinds of adjustments to the lace units, etc. The
lace unit “MUST” be in the condition that you received it, no exceptions. After
we determine the unit is in its original condition, only then will we send out a
new lace wig.
CUSTOM
ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED BUT CAN BE RE-MADE or REPAIRED TO THE CUSTOMERS
SATISFACTION. If a repair or
re-make is necessary we will send you the custom order form via email so you can
tell us what needs to be done to your unit.
